Capped my holiday week with a monster ride with my friends Jeremy and Ryan. I took them on an epic ride through Purisma to Skeggs and back, a grueling 37 mile jaunt through the woods with over 8,000' of climbing. It was nice to have company that would push my effort. I made the familiar mistake of not bringing any food or enough water, but I made it to the end, just barely. I also brought my GoPro, which died just 30 minutes into our ride, but I think I managed to get a good section of footage on the first descent of Purisma.
