I reluctantly rolled out of bed at 5:40am this morning and threw on my kit, but as soon as I stepped out into the cool morning air I felt refreshed and ready to tackle the trails. On Tuesdays I meet up with a group of friends at the Golden Gate Bridge at 6:15am on the dot for a loop around the Marin Headlands. It was a solid recovery ride for myself and my friend David, who also raced on Sunday.
